Please make sure the controller is properly and firmly attached to the led strip lights following the arrow directions on the controller and the strip for it to light up.The brightness and colour of the strip may look a little different between the light strips. This is normal and will not affect the basic function of the light strips. Moreover the L900 strip does not have white LED bulb on it. For sync and internet connection issues, please ensure the Tapo app is fully updated from the Phone’s APP store and the firmware of the product is updated via the Tapo app
